  • If the service requested cannot be processed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
  • If a client cancels the service before any work has commenced.
  • If there is a significant error in service delivery due to our team's negligence.
  • Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
  • If the visa application is rejected due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • If the client fails to provide the required documentation or adhere to timelines.
  • If services have been rendered or consultations have already taken place.
  • For government fees, embassy charges, or third-party costs incurred during the process.

  • To request a refund:
  • If the visa application is rejected due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.
  • Processing Time

  • Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receiving the request.
  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
