Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
If the service requested cannot be processed due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
If a client cancels the service before any work has commenced.
If there is a significant error in service delivery due to our team's negligence.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
If the visa application is rejected due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
If the client fails to provide the required documentation or adhere to timelines.
If services have been rendered or consultations have already taken place.
For government fees, embassy charges, or third-party costs incurred during the process.
